As Founder and CEO of Mercer Business Solutions and Consulting, a Subsidiary of Mercer Management, LLC. Uvonka has provided professional resume writing, career coaching and mentoring services to thousands of clients, for nearly thirteen years as a part time hobby. Most recently, Uvonka decided to expand her experience and expertise in to a business. It is my role to assist individuals who are facing roadblocks and challenges in their personal and or career life.

Uvonka have expertise in areas of: Training and Development, Program

Management, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, Mentoring and Coaching and Mediation. Graduating from Shaw University in Raleigh, North Carolina, Uvonka recieved her Bachelors of Art degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology and currently holds two Master degrees, one of which is a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the EMPA program at North Carolina Central University and a Master of Science in Law from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Uvonka continues to pursue various certificates and competencies to enhance her knowledge and skill base. Uvonka is a Certified Notary Public for the State of North Carolina and a Certified Professional Life Coach.
