MBS&C's mission is to assist with individuals and communities via community based developmental and advisory initiatives, consulting based seminars and conferences or on an individual basis. We believe in helping our community transform stresses into successes through education, counseling, advocacy, and social development. MBS&C aims to educate and inform individuals as well as business owners by fulfilling my mission through a holistic approach and education.

Providing consultation, training and Career planning, explaining principles, etiquette and protocol, providing sound resources and offering sound advice you can begin by creating a network with common goals and helping to identify your T.A.G.S. (Talents, Abilities, Gifts, Skills) and T.T.T.’s (Tips, Tools, Techniques).

Willing participants of the MBS&C programs can gain critical information that will help them live with more success stories.
