Coaching is a shared relationship between the Mentor and the Mentee. My role is listening attentively to who you are and what you want out of life without judging.

My coaching style is a holistic and honesty perspective. I believe that when we are at our best spiritually, mentally, and physically, our personal and professional lives will function accordingly and effectively.

I rely on faith, education, training and knowledge, and life experience. Coaching can lead to significant improvement in one’s life, and can be a great access, but ultimately it is your responsibility for both your actions and decisions.

Fees are based on the scope and debt of the coaching you require. Coaching is typically conducted conveniently by telephone, Skype for the busy lifestyles however, at least one face-to-face meeting is required to gather information and clarify goals.
